Threads, called a no-scalpel skin lift, have been a revolution in aesthetic medicine in recent years. They are a proven and safe method of rejuvenating not only the face, but also the body. The treatment stimulates and uses the body’s natural regenerative mechanisms – resulting in thicker, tighter and firmer skin.

Threads revitalize and rebuild damaged skin or keep it in good condition for longer, slowing down the ageing process. The effect is immediate and lasts up to 2 years, as lifting threads are soluble. Using threads, we can lift sagging cheeks, drooping corners of the mouth, improve the oval of the face, enhance the appearance of the neck and décolletage.

The effect is natural because we do not change the facial features, nor do we add volume. The treatment is suitable for people over 30 years of age.

Description of the procedure

Preparation for the procedure – pre-treatment medical consultation.

The technique is safe and easy to perform. No skin incisions are required as the threads are inserted into the subcutaneous tissue with a thin cannula. The skin is topically anaesthetised with a cream prior to the treatment. Once implanted under the skin, the threads lift sagging tissues and provide a powerful lifting effect. The entire procedure takes up to an hour.

After the procedure, bruising may appear at the injection site, which can be easily concealed under make-up. The effect lasts for up to two years. The threads dissolve into the tissues over time. The treatment can be repeated.
