How we work

COMMUNICATION

  • Our facility supports suppliers  and patients by email.
  • Having received all the necessary information required in the questionnaire,  we provide the patient with all information needed in order to book a treatment at Retina Eye Hospital and Clinic within one working day.

PAYMENT

After receiving and approving the final cost and all the terms of service the patient is required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total amount, which can be done in two possible ways: 

  • If paid by credit card, within 24 hours using the link sent via email to the appropriate currency account (EUR, USD or GBP)
  • If paid by standard bank transfer, within 3-4 business days to the specified bank/currency account (EUR, USD or GBP)
